One team talk
Inhale. We are a breath of fresh air.
We can tell you that joining KIMS Hospital could breathe life into your work. But why take our word for it? Talk to some of our current staff and find out what they actually think. You can hear first-hand what life with us is really like and ask them specific questions about a role. Go on, there’s no such thing as a silly question.

Junior SisterI came to an open day with the intention of getting casual bank shifts, and was so impressed with the beautiful environment and calm atmosphere that I immediately applied for a full time job. KIMS Hospital is unlike anything I’ve experienced before and joining was the best move I’ve made; I get to spend time with patients, expand my knowledge and skills, and as a link nurse, teach sepsis, acute kidney injury and cardiac care to my peers. All the staff are really friendly and caring and share the KIMS Values, working as One Team. It's important to enjoy your working life, and I love mine.

Sales AdvisorWhen I joined as a Physical Therapy receptionist in 2014, it struck me that KIMS Hospital was an exciting and innovative place to work. I wasn’t wrong. I’ve since moved on to another role but still feel like my journey has only just begun. Support from the people here is excellent - I’ve had exposure to other areas of the business and the opportunity to broaden my skills. I work with staff from a range of backgrounds, with different levels of expertise, all striving for the best. Genuinely, the effect we have on our patients through the services we offer is very powerful. It makes me proud to work for KIMS Hospital.

Physical Therapy ManagerWhat attracted me to KIMS Hospital was the opportunity shape a service, be innovative and really create an independent hospital service that both myself and our staff could be proud of. I have been at KIMS Hospital since the hospital opened and I love both the immediate team I work with and the wider team. Everyone is approachable - we really do follow the one team ethic. Personally, I have progressed my learning, expanded my skills and am incredibly excited to continue developing our existing services and explore new services to benefit our patients.

Housekeeping AssistantMy auntie worked at the hospital before I joined and always talked about how much she loved it, so when a job came up I jumped at the chance to apply. In my eyes there’s no better recommendation than direct from someone who already worked here. I already knew it was a great place to work with friendly people who come together to help each other when you needed it, and it was all true. I started with KIMS Hospital as a bank housekeeper. Over time my role has grown and developed and I can genuinely say that I have enjoyed every moment of being a part of the KIMS Hospital team.
