Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We value your opinion and your feedback helps us to improve and develop our services and our patients’ experience with us.

Patient Forum

Every three months we hold a Patient Forum. It is an opportunity for our patients to meet with members of the Executive Team to give their honest, constructive feedback on the services they have used and suggest ideas for developing the hospital.

We want our patients to engage with the development of their hospital and have their voice heard. The commitment we offer in return is to demonstrate how we have acted on your feedback to us, to improve services and ultimately, our patients’ experiences.

How you can get involved

There are two ways you can give us your honest and constructive feedback.
