Patient forum
Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We value your opinion and your feedback helps us to improve and develop our services and our patients’ experience with us.Patient Forum
Would you like to make a real impact in enhancing the care and services KIMS Hospital and Sevenoaks Medical Centre offer their patients?
We have an active Patient Forum that meets every two months to provide suggestions and feedback to the CEO and team. There are currently eight members of the forum, including Geoff Raisbeck, our Chairman. We are currently looking for two new members to join the forum. It is an exciting time to join us with real opportunities to make a difference. If you are interesting in finding out more, please contact Geoff for an informal chat on PatientForum@kims.org.uk.
The Patient Forum meets every two months for two hours, either at KIMS Hospital or virtually. In the future we will hold some meetings at our Sevenoaks Medical Centre.
By joining our Patient Forum, you’ll play an active role in ensuring the services and care we provide meet the needs of our patients. We want our patients to engage with the development of their hospital and have their voice heard. The commitment we offer in return is to demonstrate how we have acted on your feedback to us, to improve services and ultimately, our patients’ experiences.
