Mr Srinivas Samsani is a senior consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and specialises in Hip and Knee replacement Surgery. After completing postgraduate orthopaedic training from St Thomas’ and Guy’s Hospital rotation London in 2005, he underwent further sub-specialty fellowship training in Melbourne, Australia involving minimally invasive hip replacement, revision surgery and computer assisted Hip and Knee replacement surgery. He was appointed as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with special interest in Hip and Knee surgery at Medway NHS Foundation Trust in September 2006.

Mr Samsani is one of the leading revision hip and knee surgeons in Kent and has extensive experience in revision surgery of failed metal on metal hip replacements. He is the lead revision surgeon at Medway NHS Foundation trust. He has extensive experience in Minimally Invasive Hip Replacement and is the clinical lead for enhanced recovery of hips. In addition he routinely performs partial and total knee replacement surgeries, knee arthroscopy and hip arthroscopy.

Mr Samsani has special interest in teaching and training and has been widely published in peer reviewed journals and authored several orthopaedic books.
He is a member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
