Sevenoaks Medical Centre offers a range of Bupa health assessments with trained health advisers and doctors who carry out medical and non-invasive tests to give you a current health and wellbeing overview.

What is a Bupa health assessment?

Bupa health assessments are personalised full health checks, which offer advice and support for a whole year, for the whole of you. You don’t even need Bupa health insurance. A health assessment is a preventative health check that uses medical and non-invasive tests to give you a current health and wellbeing overview. These health checks will be carried out by our trained health advisers and doctors, who can discuss any specific health concerns you may have. If needed, our team can also arrange follow-up appointments or private GP referrals for further treatment or diagnostic tests. As part of your health assessment, you’ll benefit from 12 months of health and wellbeing support from our experts to help you achieve your long-term health and fitness goals. This includes access to helpful apps, personalised coaching, and information tailored to your own health, lifestyle and goals that aim to make you feel better all over – in body and mind. Anyone is welcome to book a Bupa health assessment with us – you don’t have to be an existing Bupa member.
