Blog News 15th November 2019 Enquiries & appointmentsKIMS Hospital where delighted to sponsor and co chair the University of Kent’s 5th annual HR conference which focused on the multitude of aspects that create workplace wellbeing, from diet and nutrition, to mental health, personal growth and employee engagement. At KIMS Hospital, we strongly believe in the importance of Health and Wellbeing of staff.
During the conference, speakers highlighted examples of best practice, encouraged interaction through practical sessions and most importantly provided delegates with tips and tools that can be used in everyday situations to help improve the wellbeing of the delegates, their colleagues and employees.
Alongside presentations delivered by innovative local businesses, the University’s world-leading academics and the guest speakers, Wellbeing people supported by KIMS Hospital led various activities including an Interactive Health Kiosk to check the health of delegates and an energiser session delivered by Pip Lawrence.
