KIMS Hospital has a new agreement in place with The Exeter (previously known as Exeter Friendly), an established provider of private medical insurance (PMI) to patients.

The arrangement means that any policy holders of The Exeter will be covered for treatment at KIMS, regardless of the type of policy they hold.

Mark Griffiths, Head of Commercial Relationships at KIMS Hospital, said he was delighted with the new partnership:

“Our mission is to make sure that every private patient in Kent can access treatment at KIMS, whether they are paying for themselves, or have PMI.

“The Exeter’s decision is great news for their customers in Kent and across the south east, as it means they can benefit from the treatment and care offered by Kent’s largest independent hospital – regardless of which policy they have chosen.

“We have good relationships with a wide range of insurance providers, such as BUPA, AXA, AVIVA and Vitality Health which enables private patients to access services normally only offered in London for example Angiograms and Angioplasty.

“The inclusion of KIMS across all of The Exeter’s policies is great news and we look forward to welcoming more of their patients over the coming months.”
