At KIMS Hospital we know that getting feedback from the community and those people using our services and those of the NHS is key, especially in such difficult times as during this pandemic. As the leading independent hospital in Kent, we are supporting Healthwatch Kent to gather valuable insights from our communities.
Healthwatch Kent are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services in Kent, and as part of their ongoing work to understand the experiences and concerns faced, would like to hear your stories about how COVID-19 is affecting you or your family.
Are you able to get the health or social care services that you need?
Healthwatch Kent have been hearing a whole range of stories including challenges for people to get their prescriptions; concerns from those struggling with their mental health and worries about relatives in care homes.
Whatever it is, they want to hear about it.
They are gathering feedback from people all over Kent and making sure they share how you are coping right now as part of emergency planning conversations with local government and those running services, like our teams at KIMS Hospital.
