Upon your arrival at LycaHealth Orpington, our friendly reception team will greet you and confirm your appointment before asking you to complete a registration form.
Your consultant will then meet you and escort you to a private consultation room for your appointment.
Our facility includes MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray and many other machines. If you need a scan, your consultant can arrange this. You may even be seen during the same visit.
Before your treatment, your consultant will visit you in the ward to check in, confirm your consent, and answer any last-minute questions you may have as you prepare for your surgery or treatment.
Our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience as a patient. We will ensure you have a comfortable environment, with team member on hand if you need anything.
Based on your procedure, you might need to visit us for dressing changes and to check your surgical site. Both these appointments and your follow-up visits with your consultant can conveniently take place at LycaHealth Orpington.

We may recommend attending physical therapy sessions for several weeks afterward. These sessions will also be available at LycaHealth Orpington for your convenience.
