Sevenoaks Medical Centre offers a range of Bupa health assessments with trained health advisers and doctors who carry out medical and non-invasive tests to give you a current health and wellbeing overview.

What is a Bupa health assessment?

Bupa health assessments are personalised full health checks, which offer advice and support for a whole year, for the whole of you. You don’t even need Bupa health insurance. A health assessment is a preventative health check that uses medical and non-invasive tests to give you a current health and wellbeing overview. These health checks will be carried out by our trained health advisers and doctors, who can discuss any specific health concerns you may have. If needed, our team can also arrange follow-up appointments or private GP referrals for further treatment or diagnostic tests. As part of your health assessment, you’ll benefit from 12 months of health and wellbeing support from our experts to help you achieve your long-term health and fitness goals. This includes access to helpful apps, personalised coaching, and information tailored to your own health, lifestyle and goals that aim to make you feel better all over – in body and mind. Anyone is welcome to book a Bupa health assessment with us – you don’t have to be an existing Bupa member.

Be.Motivated
Make lasting changes to improve your health. This one hour health check includes 11 core tests, including a body fat, diabetes and cholesterol profile, a mental health and wellbeing discussion and behaviour change coaching. Together you’ll set lifestyle, health and fitness goals based on your test results. 60 minutes with a health adviser

Whether it’s a health concern that runs in the family or you need extra confidence to make lifestyle changes, we’re here for you. This 2 hour assessment includes 14 core tests and allows you to discuss any health risks and medical concerns with a doctor. 60 minutes with our health adviser and up to 60 mins with a doctor

Be.Ahead
Take your fitness to the next level, safely, with our most comprehensive 2.5 hour health and wellbeing plan. As well as 14 core tests, you’ll have a 30 minute advanced fitness test powered by Wattbike to explore the efficiency of your heart and bloodflow systems. 90 minutes with a health adviser and up to 60 mins with a doctor
