Previous history working in provider ledger is not essential but some administrative experience would be an advantage. In this role you will work to effectively and efficiently to manage the payment to consultants and accurately producing invoices to our providers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconciliation and Payment of Provider Accounts.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out monthly reconciliation of Provider accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a schedule of payments.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure third party\/ Provider invoices are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to and resolve provider queries, either by telephone, email or in person, in a professional and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Assist patients\/consultants &amp; secretaries with account queries both face to face, email and on the telephone.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the department when needed during busy periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Person Specification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General education to GCSE level or equivalent including Maths and English<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in an administration office-based setting.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>A high level of numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate level of Excel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Able to establish relationships with providers and secretaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KIMS Hospital employees enjoy the following benefits: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary<\/li>\n<li>Pension Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>33 Days annual leave plus extra time off for your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Life Assurance<\/li>\n<li>Annual Flu Vaccination<\/li>\n<li>Free Eye Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you do not receive a reply within 1 working week from the closing date, please assume you have not been shortlisted on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Previous applicants need not apply.<\/p>\n<p><b>If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, Lily would be happy to help.
