If you want to join the KIMS Hospital team, then apply now.<\/p>\n<p>Our Reception staff work varied shifts between the hours of 7am and 8.30pm. Final hours will be discussed prior to interview.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To demonstrate excellent telephonic customer service skills and be able to handle complex telephone traffic maintaining high levels of courtesy at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To have a close awareness of departments including their functions to effectively route calls and communicate information.&nbsp; Will include awareness of medical phrases and conditions, of clinic times and availability.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>To respond to and take ownership of calls from both internal and external customers in a timely efficient and courteous manner.<\/li>\n<li>To operate and announce high volume calls to the relevant department in line with the KIMS values.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with patients, visitors, consultants and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Person Specification:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have-<\/p>\n<p>&bull;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>&bull;Previous experience within a healthcare customer service setting.<\/p>\n<p>&bull;Excellent organisational skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good IT skills including Word and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&bull;Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures including Health and Safety<\/p>\n<p>&bull;Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.<\/p>\n<p><b>KIMS Hospital employees enjoy the following benefits: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary<\/li>\n<li>Pension Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>33 Days annual leave plus extra time off for your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Life Assurance<\/li>\n<li>Annual Flu Vaccination<\/li>\n<li>Free Eye Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you do not receive a reply within 1 working week from the closing date, please assume you have not been shortlisted on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Previous applicants need not apply.<\/p>\n<p><b>If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, Lily would be happy to help.
