Normal working pattern will include occasional working weekends.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessing, planning and delivering care, based on individual patient and visitor requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with minor procedures within cosmetic, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, dermatology, ENT, urology and gynaecology.<\/li>\n<li>Phlebotomy<\/li>\n<li>Developing operational procedures and policies to ensure the most efficient patient pathways.<\/li>\n<li>Providing supervision and leadership to the junior members of the team enabling the delivery of excellence in clinical care and deputising for senior staff when<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate patient records.<\/li>\n<li>Participating with revenue recapture and cost control procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Person Specification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a qualified RN.<\/li>\n<li>Have a minimum 12 months previous acute hospital experience as a staff nurse with transferable skills.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience of wound care, dressings and assisting with minor procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be an expert in building relationships with the ability to engage with consultants, colleagues and patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KIMS Hospital employees enjoy the following benefits:&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary<\/li>\n<li>Pension Scheme<\/li>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>33 Days annual leave plus extra time off for your birthday<\/li>\n<li>Life Assurance<\/li>\n<li>Annual Flu Vaccination<\/li>\n<li>Free Eye Test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you do not receive a reply within 1 working week from the closing date, please assume you have not been shortlisted on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Previous applicants need not apply.<\/p>\n<p><b>If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, Lily would be happy to help.
