If so this could be perfect for you.<\/p>\n<p>We have vacancies to join our Bank team as a Guest Services Assistant where you will support the team in Housekeeping and serving patients their meals as a Ward Host. For this position you will need superb customer services skills, with good attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will need to be flexible and open to working in both of these areas which have various shifts including evening and weekend work.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that all food and drinks orders are taken, prepared and served to the agreed standard, menus for each service are organised and that guests\/patients are served according to their requirements<\/li>\n<li>Wash up crockery and cutlery used in the provision of&nbsp; meal services within the kitchen and using the automated dishwashing equipment<\/li>\n<li>Temperature check foods and record prior to service to patients<\/li>\n<li>To clean common areas, patient rooms and bathrooms as well as clinical areas to the required high standards<\/li>\n<li>To work within infection control guidelines when involved with isolation\/barrier nursing areas.<\/li>\n<li>To undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade that may be required by Guest Services Lead or Facilities Manager for the efficient running of the Guest Services (HK &amp; Catering) Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Person Specification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have experience working within the hospitality industry, either within catering or housekeeping<\/li>\n<li>Ideally experienced working within a medical setting, however this is not essential<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently and keep calm, under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Possess some knowledge of catering and cleaning standards<\/li>\n<li>Have exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills and be a confident and dynamic team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you do not receive a reply within 1 working week from the closing date, please assume you have not been shortlisted on this occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Previous applicants need not apply.<\/p>\n<p><b>If you have any queries regarding this vacancy, Hannah would be happy to help.
