KIMS Hospital is now a Disability Confident Employer

To celebrate International Day of People with Disabilities, KIMS Hospital have signed up to be a Disability Confident Committed Employer.

This will ensure that our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible and that we are fully committed to equality in the workplace. The certificate is valid for 3 years and enables KIMS Hospital to recruit from the widest pool of talent, understand the needs of disabled employees, challenge attitudes to disability, and ensure that disabled people can fulfil their potential and realise their career ambitions.

Being Disability Confident is a unique opportunity to lead the way in our community, and the possibility to discover someone our business cannot do without. It was developed by employers and disabled people’s representatives to make it rigorous but easily accessible, particularly for smaller businesses.
