I am Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip & knee replacement surgery and soft tissue knee reconstruction. I was trained as registrar in South East England and subsequently underwent fellowship training at world renowned centres – Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, St Michaels Hospital, Toronto, Canada and Kings College Hospital London in limb arthroplasty, soft tissue knee reconstruction and complex trauma surgery. My NHS practice is based at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. I am the clinical lead for surgical site infection in our trust. I have participated in many clinical trials with patient recruitment and follow up. I have published in peer reviewed journals and actively involved in undergraduate teaching, core surgical training and registrar teaching. I perform general trauma cases and complex lower limb trauma. I also specialise in MIS hip replacement and partial knee replacement. I am strong advocate of day case joint replacement pathway.
